I didn't know what to expect from generic pills at first, but after trying out some of your products I was pleasantly surprised. Because of my age, my sexual performance has slowly but surely diminished and I hate feeling like an old man. Cialis Professional
Cialis Professional is a highly effective and reversible selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) specific to cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). As the sexual stimulation is causing local release of nitric oxide, the subsequent inhibition of PDE 5 by Cialis results in an increase of cGMP levels in the penis’ cavernous body. It triggers the relaxation of arterial smooth muscles, thus improving the penis tissue blood flow, which greatly improves erection. Cialis will not work without sexual stimulation. This drug greatly improves erection and enables its user to achieve a highly successful sexual intercourse. Its effect lasts for up to 36 hours. If sexual activity is present, the drug’s effect will start to manifest itself within 16 minutes after the medication intake.
Directions and dosage
The suggested dose of Cialis is 20 mg; this drug is to be taken at least 16 minutes prior to the planned sexual activity. The drug’s effect will then last for up to 36 hours. Cialis should only be taken once per day, never exceeding the recommended dose.
Safety measures
It is strongly advised never to use Cialis with grapefruit juice, alcoholic beverages or tobacco. If you smoke and take Cialis intermittently, this may lead to a dangerous condition called NAION (sudden optic nerve-related vision loss). If you have penis abnormalities, including curved penis and birth defects of it; if you have ever had coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, angina, heart attack or heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, stomach ulcers, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (excess of lipids in the blood), sickle-cell anemia, liver or kidney failure in the past, you have to let your doctor or medical practitioner know of all such issues prior to starting to take Cialis.
Medical precautions
Cialis should not be used by patients who are using any form of organic nitrate, either regularly and/ or intermittently, as its intake will result in powering up the hypotensive effect of nitrates.
Potential side effects
The commonly observed side effects of Cialis include facial flushing (reddening), headaches, upset stomach, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms and nausea. In the rare cases low blood pressure, blurred vision and changes in color vision, and abnormal ejaculation have been observed. Sometimes it is also possible to observe prolonged erections or priapism (painful erections lasting for over 6 hours). If your erection lasts for longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help as it is capable of causing permanent damage to your penis. Certain examples of aggravation of heart problems for patients with pre-existing heart disease conditions have been reported following Cialis usage.
Interaction with other medicines
Cialis should not be taken together with medications containing organic nitrates, for it might then cause severe hypotension, which is extremely dangerous for its user’s health. You should refrain from taking Calis with medications such as Erythrityl Tetranitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Nitroglycerin, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate. Effects and potential toxicity of Cialis are potentially boosted by the usage of erythromycin, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir). Inform your doctor if you are taking or have been recently taking Atazanavir, Bunazosin, Clarithromycin, Doxazosin, Erythromycin, Indinavir, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Moxisylyte, Nefazodone, Nelfinavir, Phenoxybenzamine, Phentolamine, Prazosin, Saquinavir, Telithromycin, Terazosin, Trimazosin, Urapidil as your Cialis dosage would then require correction.
What to do if I missed a dose?
This is not applicable as Cialis is normally taken on an as-needed basis.
What if I overdosed?
Overdosage of Cialis can cause symptoms described in the side effects section. You should seek immediate medical assistance if you think that you overdosed this medication.
How to store the product
This product is to be stored at room temperature away from all sources of moisture and sunlight, also out of reach for kids and pets, in a tightly closed container.
